Illegal detention, torture and ill-treatment of the civilian population of Ukraine: similarity of the practices of committing crimes in the regions occupied by Russia in 2022

This document analyzes the testimonies of 20 victims of illegal detention, torture and ill-treatment, collected by the method of in-depth interviews. Interviews were conducted according to the methodology developed on the basis of international standards for monitoring the observance of human rights and the Istanbul Protocol.
