What Ukrainians know and think about human rights: the national baseline study

The publication analyses perceptions and knowledge on human rights aspects in the Ukrainian society at large, as well as among certain target groups. The latter include civil servants, judges, police officers, teachers, journalists and human rights defenders.

Research was conducted both through a nation-wide opinion poll and though expert interviews. The research is important for designing more effective strategies and tactics for human rights education campaigns, evolving informal human rights education and shaping evidence-based approaches and priorities in human rights donor-supported activities in Ukraine.
