HagueTalks portrait – Onysiia Syniuk
Today we mark the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As the world faces challenges and ongoing conflicts, Onysiia’s fight for human rights is intimately connected to the fight for existence. In the face of tragedy, she transforms adversity into meaningful work by analysing incidents through a legal lens. She adapts to challenges, documenting war crimes, advocating for accountability, and seeks justice for rights violations.
It’s a reminder for all of us to stand up for our rights and those of others.
