The project is implemented by the NGO “Human Rights Information Centre” in cooperation with the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights with the support of the UN Development Programme.

The study will last for seven months – from April to November 2016 – and will be implemented within the framework of the UNDP project “Strengthening the Capacity of the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.”
