Experienced project manager in the field of human rights in Ukraine, with a focus on freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, protecting human rights defenders and journalists, expanding the circle of allies of LGBTIQ+ people, and supporting activists in temporarily occupied territories. Previously, she worked for Freedom House in Ukraine. Anastasia became interested in human rights during her volunteer work at the Docudays International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival in 2011.
At ZMINA, Anastasia is responsible for fundraising, partnership building, and the development of the organization’s human rights programs and initiatives.
Anastasia is interested in the use of technology for urban planning, sustainable and inclusive community development, and post-war reconstruction in Ukraine.
She was born in Slovyansk, Donetsk region. She holds a BA (2013) and an MA (2015) in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine. In 2025, she earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Cornell University in New York, USA, with the support of the Fulbright Office in Ukraine.
She is fluent in English and German.
